It's time! A wealthy businessman Conal Cochran has been in Halloween novelties business for at least 37 years. In Halloween 1982, planets are in alignment. The alignment decides on his behalf that Cochran must end his Halloween business by attempting to kill off his best salesman and all the kids specifically in the US West Coast area, as part of an ancient blood sacrifice ritual, because he is actually a warlock.
